Returns and Delivery Policy
1.1 If you are not entirely happy with your purchase you may return the product within fourteen days, beginning on the day after you received your purchase. In this case, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the product. We will refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
1.2 The product must be returned in the same condition in which you received them, and at your own cost and risk. Please ensure all returned packages are sent with a trackable, insured service, as we can not take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation.
1.3 Where you wish to return a product because the fit is not right, you may wish to exchange it for the same product in another size. If that size is available, we will dispatch the product to you as soon as we can. If it is not, we will contact you to offer you the chance to wait for further stock to arrive (if this is possible) or to refund the purchase price.
1.4 If the adhesive protective hygiene strip on briefs is removed, we will not accept the returned item under any circumstances. THONGS are non refundable due to hygiene reasons.
1.5 We will only refund the original delivery costs where the cause of the return is our fault, e.g. the product is faulty or is not what you ordered. In all other cases, we will only refund the purchase price.
2. Delivery – Time and Charges
The standard delivery time for our Products is between 3-5 working days. Next day delivery is available for orders placed before 1pm on Monday to Friday. A signature is required for all next day deliveries. A summary of the time and charges are set out below.
